Gustav Putsch KG, is a leading player in the Indian subcontinent, specializing in business development for premium hand tools from renowned German Manufacturers like KNIPEX, Rennsteig, Wera, Intercable, and Bessey. We serve the Indian market with high-quality, Made-in-Germany and Europe hand tools.

Location

We're hiring three Business Development Managers (BDMs) for Bessey branded hand tools, one each for the North, West, and South regions, based out of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, respectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the woodworking and furniture industry

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

- Provide technical solutions and demonstrations to customers

Reporting and Management

The Business Development Manager will be managed by the Distributor of Bessey for the Wood and Furniture industry, Caple Industrial Solutions (www.caple.in) who will be responsible for:

- Payroll management

- Day-to-day reporting

- Performance appraisals

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with tools, with the ability to provide demonstrations and technical solutions

- Proven experience and network in the woodworking/furniture industry

- Strong client relationship management and solution-providing skills

- Ability to travel extensively

- Enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for business development
