Business Development Executive (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll and Training)

Experience: 56 Years

Location: Mumbai

We need a hunter who doesn't just close deals but manages the entire relationshipfrom initial pitch to client onboarding, successful service delivery, and finally, ensuring payment is received. You will be responsible for the full revenue cycle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for HR services.
  • Conduct high-level presentations and pitch customized HR solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and close deals.
  • End-to-End Management:Own the client relationship from prospect to payment, ensuring smooth onboarding and coordinating with internal delivery teams.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and payment collection targets.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR staffing, recruitment, or consulting services.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Experience in client relationship management and payment follow-ups.
  • Strong network with HR leaders, senior HR managers, and decision-makers
