Key Responsibilities:
Client & Architect Network Development
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
Organize and conduct showroom visits, presentations, and design consultations to showcase products and solutions.
Build a robust pipeline of B2B and B2C clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
Business Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom footfall and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, events, and partnerships that strengthen the brands presence.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, client proposals, and business reports.
Design Insight & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on interior design and modular furniture trends, materials, and finishes.
Understand client requirements and translate them into customized design and product recommendations.
Liaise with the design and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction from concept to execution.
Brand Representation & Relationship Management
Represent the brand with professionalism and design sensibility at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure a high level of client engagement and post-sales relationship management.
Act as the bridge between the showroom and the design fraternity, communicating feedback and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or Marketing
(preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the interior design, modular furniture, or architecture industry.
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, and furniture systems.
Highly organized, strategic, and self-driven, with a flair for building long-term relationships.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
