About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Saas sales, relationship management, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B Saas sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
