Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Manager who can help us grow by connecting with businesses across India that are actively looking for performance marketing services.

If you understand how to open doors, build relationships, and bring in high-quality clients — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to businesses that need performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients
  • Build and maintain a strong outreach pipeline (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
  • Understand client needs and align them with our service offerings
  • Work closely with the internal team to convert leads into long-term clients
