Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the achievement of growth targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, designing business strategies, generating leads, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of plans, and preparing detailed reports for review. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify growth opportunities
- Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
- Experience in the education or IT training industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business goals
