Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive organizational growth. The Business Development Manager will engage with potential partners, clients, and the community to promote iThrive's mission, as well as collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor initiatives to achieve key goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving to implement effective organizational initiatives.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong connections with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, client engagement strategies, and networking techniques.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus, especially with neurodiverse communities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, with relevant work experience.
