Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating strategies to drive company sales, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving targets while representing Soma's core values. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills: Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and achieving business growth targets.
  • Strategic and Negotiation skills: Expertise in formulating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.
  • Analytical and Organizational skills: Ability to analyze market trends, create reports, and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of logistics or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
