Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Noida. In this hunter-closer role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close driving new business across assigned industry verticals.

You will represent iPrime Services to enterprise and government clients, build lasting relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex solution selling, and wants to make a meaningful difference in how organizations prepare for and respond to disruptions.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors through multi-channel prospecting.
  • Partner with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Engage cold prospects via personalized outreach and nurture warm leads generated through trade shows, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery through product demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's unique needs.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects and existing clients, driving long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular performance reporting using the Veoci-built CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Represent iPrime Services at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (travel required as needed).

Required Qualificaions:

  • 510 years of experience in Government or Enterprise Emergency Management, Business Continuity, or closely related programs; or 5+ years of experience selling software solutions directly to enterprise or government organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility at the executive level.
  • Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and familiarity with tools and priorities of CISOs and CTOs.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualificaitons:

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience building pipeline through prospecting, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Practitioner-level background in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, or a related vertical.
  • Prior experience selling Emergency Management, Business Continuity, ERP, Data Security, Cybersecurity, or enterprise application platforms.
  • Social selling expertise via LinkedIn and professional industry networks.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Selling (ABS) or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
