Job Title: Business Development Manager Delhi

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Travel & Tourism industry, particularly within the B2B travel ecosystem of North India.

The ideal candidate should possess an extensive network of travel agencies, corporate travel planners, tour operators, and tourism associations. This role requires an energetic professional who can represent the brand, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the Northern region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in North India.
  • Identify new market segments, corporate accounts, and partnership opportunities across tourism, hospitality, and events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Leverage industry networks to onboard B2B travel partners, corporate travel desks, DMCs, and event planners.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, roadshows, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings and value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, finalize commercial terms, and close business deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain an updated CRM system with leads, interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Track conversion rates, revenue contribution, and pipeline health; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage pricing discussions and coordinate customized packages for travel partners, corporates, and influencer collaborations.

Brand Outreach & Field Activities

  • Conduct on-ground promotional and display activities at malls, residential communities, travel exhibitions, tourism events, and corporate locations.
  • Represent the organization at B2B networking forums, trade fairs, and tourism industry events.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Fleet, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
  • Provide insights on client needs, travel trends, route preferences, and product improvement opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and content partnerships to drive brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in Travel & Tourism business development, B2B partnerships, or corporate sales.
  • Strong network of travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, and corporate travel planners in North India.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms.
  • Experience in caravan tourism, luxury travel, adventure tourism, hospitality, or hotel sales will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve revenue targets.
