Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Industry: Market Research Industry

Experience : 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Track sales performance and regularly report metrics to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as a client liaison to understand requirements andsuggest appropriate research solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and support project delivery in coordination with operations team.
  • Work with project managers, research executives, and analysts to develop proposals and pricing.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 36 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in market research, consulting, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of market research services (quantitative, qualitative, online panels, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online research platforms.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a small team/start-up culture.
