Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing business proposals, coordinating with design and execution teams, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, strategic planning, and expanding the company's client network.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze consumer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Background in interior design or home improvement industries is a strong advantage
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
