Business Development Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Business Development Manager (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager who can lead growth across all Boxpuppet brandsincluding restaurant business, app business, international events, content creation, and our media house.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who can increase revenue and create new business opportunities across all our brands.

A person who is:

* Strong in identifying and developing new revenue streams

* Skilled at building partnerships, collaborations, and deals

* Confident in converting leads into consistent business

* Strategic in planning and creative in execution

* Able to bring new clients, sponsors, customers, and corporate tie-ups

* Comfortable handling multiple industries under one brand umbrella

* Proactive, responsible, and capable of driving business growth independently

* Passionate about working in a multi-brand, fast-paced environment

Someone who understands how to grow a businessnot just manage it.

Responsibilities

Business Growth

* Find and develop opportunities for restaurant business, app business, international events, content creation, and media projects

* Approach corporates, institutes, colleges, partners, clients, and sponsors

* Build long-term strategies for revenue increase across all brands

Sales & Partnerships

* Build and maintain strong business relationships

* Pitch and sell services across all Boxpuppet brands

* Support marketing and promotional activities

Operations & Coordination

* Coordinate with all departments for smooth execution

* Work closely with management on business planning and targets

* Support collaborations, activations, and events

Reporting

* Track leads, partnerships, sales progress, and revenue growth

* Provide weekly updates to management

Preferred Skills

* Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client servicing

* Experience in restaurant, app-based business, events, media, or creative industry is a plus

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects across different sectors

Salary

25,000 to 50,000 per month

(based on experience, skills & performance)
