We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the Indian market.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

5-11 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
