Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners for business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
- Initiate and manage strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to find new opportunities, especially in retail and healthcare sectors.
- Support franchise partners with business planning and operations, collaborating closely with internal teams for onboarding, training, and support.
- Drive revenue growth through franchise acquisition and alliance goals.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Qualifications
- 38 years experience in franchise development and retail alliances.
- Proven track record in franchise appointments, expansion, and management.
- Strong background in building business alliances.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset, comfortable with frequent travel.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
