Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Presales Lead Generation Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads through research and outreach, qualifying leads for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques, research, and data analysis
  • Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies
  • Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru South
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPO/ITES environment is a plus
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
