This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business development goals. The role includes conducting market research, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing regular updates on client and business progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Proficiency in market research, sales analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales and business targets

• Familiarity with the food and catering industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
