Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and expanding the company's client base. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, understanding market trends, and ensuring that revenue targets are met. Regular collaboration with internal teams, client meetings, and representing the company at events will also be essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, client relationship management, and sales acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of market trends, target audience analysis, and lead generation strategies
  • Project management, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in event management or experiential marketing is a plus
