Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial and residentials properties.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agencies, and property agents.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate with the internal team to understand their requirements and propose suitable designs.
- Represent the company at events to enhance brand presence, build networks, and drive business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of client's communication, sale reports, leads and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in business development or sales (Design firm or Real Estate industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills; self-motivated and effective both independently and in a team environment to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in Canva is a plus
- Must have a personal vehicle for field visits. Open to outstation travel for business meets.
