Role Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager who can handle client counselling, manage enquiries, convert leads, and support overall growth for our skin and hair clinic. Candidate should be confident, professional, and experienced in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and online counselling for skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments
- Convert enquiries into consultations and procedures
- Manage daily clinic operations and client experience
- Promote treatment plans and ensure follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly business reports
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in business development, counselling, front office, or healthcare/wellness industry
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and empathetically
- Basic understanding of skin and hair treatments (preferred)
- Good command over English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)
- Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills
