Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a healthcare recruiting background to expand our client base and strengthen relationships within the healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, and industry trends to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with recruiters to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and secure new healthcare clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with healthcare recruiters to ensure seamless talent delivery to clients.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with potential and existing clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure all business development activities align with healthcare industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report sales performance, client interactions, and revenue projections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within healthcare staffing/recruiting. Direct Client experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing models, recruitment strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, ATS platforms, and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.
