Role Description:

Not looking for a sales executive.

We're looking for a deal closer. ICE Experiences is expanding and we're stepping into our next phase of growth. We're looking for a Business Development Manager or Client Servicing Manager who can bring corporate business into events. We're looking for a Business Development Manager or Client Servicing Manager who can build high value corporate relationships and translate them into impactful event business.

Someone who can:

Start conversations that matter

Build strong decision maker relationships

Turn prospects into premium long term clients

Experience: 5+ years in Business Development or Corporate Sales

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Marketing, Proposal Writing, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Familiarity with the MICE, events, or experiential marketing industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
