We're looking for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities
and driving meaningful conversations with clients. This role requires a balance of strong
communication, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What we're looking for (non-negotiable):
Excellent spoken and written English.
A proactive, self-driven approach to sales and client management.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding and PR-driven sales.
Ability to think like a leader while executing quickly. Super pro-active in client
communication with Calls, Emails and Texts - whatever means necessary
Prior sales experience in Agency and/or similar environments.
What you'll do:
Handle day-to-day sales operations including client emails, calls, follow-ups and ongoing
conversations with confidence.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively engaging
new prospects.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
Develop custom sales and outreach strategies aligned with client goals and market
needs.
Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline and support end-to-end client
servicing.
Track sales performance, analyse outcomes, and adapt strategies to improve results.
Stay focused on monthly targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
Bring fresh ideas for outreach, branding, marketing, and PR-led sales initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving role of AI in
business.
Leverage LinkedIn effectively, maintaining strong professional relationships and
conversations.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Marketing/PR/Branding Agency
Prior calling and meeting experience in the US, EU, UAE regions
