Role Overview-
The Business Development Manager FOFO will drive growth for HomeLane by generating high-quality leads, building strong on-ground partnerships, supporting franchise (FOFO) operations, and expanding market presence in assigned territories.
This is a field-intensive role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, exploring new opportunities, and achieving aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Field Outreach
- Visit residential communities, builders, architects, and channel partners to generate high-intent leads.
- Conduct field activations, local marketing events, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with RWAs, property managers, and real estate networks for consistent lead flow.
- Drive monthly lead-generation targets through offline channels.
Business Development & FOFO Support
- Work closely with FOFO franchise owners on business targets and local area strategy.
- Identify and convert partnerships that drive walk-ins to franchise experience centers.
- Track competition, analyze market trends, and share insights for franchise growth.
Sales Collaboration
- Coordinate with design/sales teams for smooth lead handover and conversions.
- Follow up on leads to ensure appointments and studio visits.
- Support customer engagement initiatives at the studio when required.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers for outreach and performance.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines during marketing activities.
- Provide performance updates and territory growth plans to the regional manager.
Key Skills Required
- Strong field sales and lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
- Willingness for extensive field travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 48 years of experience in field sales, business development, or franchise operations.
- Experience with FOFO/franchise business models is a plus.
