Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time on-site role in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic plans to drive company growth. The role also involves conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project objectives and exceed client expectations. Regular reporting on sales performance and project milestones will be a key part of the responsibilities.
