Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC).
  • Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.
  • Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency.
  • Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
  • Providing pre and post sales service support.
  • Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
