This is a build-and-lead role. You'll open growth channels yourself and hire, coach, and lead the people who scale them. A player-coach: still closing deals with your own hands, while building the engine and the team around you.
What you'll ownThis is a build role, and we'd rather say it plainly: you'll carry your own number and your team's, some months are harder than others, and you'll be building the system as you run it.
