Growth Valley Community (GVC) · Gurugram · In-office · Minimum 2 years experience

We've built something rare in education: a premium programme for teenagers that genuinely works — with retention most of the industry wouldn't believe. The product is proven. What we're building now is reach — and the team that drives it.

This is a build-and-lead role. You'll open growth channels yourself and hire, coach, and lead the people who scale them. A player-coach: still closing deals with your own hands, while building the engine and the team around you.

What you'll own

  • Business development, hands-on. You lead from the front, not just from a desk.
  • Build and lead the team. Hire, onboard, and coach a BD/enrollment team. Set the standards, the rhythm, and the targets — and hold them.
  • Optimise the engine. Turn scattered effort into a system — a clear pipeline, a weekly cadence, a repeatable way to win. Make the function run without heroics.
  • The growth number. You own it — for yourself and your team. Enrollments, partnerships, revenue growth.
  • New markets.
  • The brand, carried well. To a principal or a premium parent, you are GVC — and so is every person you lead.

You'll do well here if you

  • Have 2+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or edtech growth — with real deals you built and closed
  • Are a player-coach — you can close deals yourself and build and lead others toward a target; you want to lead, not just execute
  • Are a self-driven hunter — you build pipeline, you don't wait for leads
  • Are organised and systems-minded — you bring order and rhythm, not just energy
  • Are warm, credible, and persuasive — equally at ease with a principal, a parent, and your own team
  • Have (or can quickly build) a network in Delhi–NCR schools or education — a strong plus
  • Communicate cleanly in English and at least one Indian language
