Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time hybrid/remote position. In this role, you will identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth, manage the sales pipeline, and create opportunities for employer engagement. You will assess market trends, define business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Your role includes representing Gnixar at industry events and actively promoting our programs and services to build a strong network.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, market research, and sales pipeline management
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in creating and implementing strategic growth initiatives
- Organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills to manage and track multiple business opportunities
- Experience in technology or education space is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required); MBA is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment with a results-driven mindset
