Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalyan for a Business Development Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and driving revenue targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating and delivering business proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. Additionally, the role involves frequent interactions with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
  • Experience in Strategy Development, Negotiations, and Deal Closing
  • Effective Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of sales processes or work experience in the Military or Police sector is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience in sales or business development
