Marketing Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalyan for a Marketing Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the academy, building relationships with stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. You will oversee marketing campaigns, collaborate with internal teams to organize events, and streamline operations to improve brand visibility and attract new clients. The role involves market research, partnership development, and contribution to long-term strategic goals.

• Marketing and Strategic Planning skills to develop and execute campaigns and strategies effectively
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management capabilities to identify opportunities and establish partnerships
• Data Analysis and Market Research expertise to support decision-making and growth initiatives
• Strong Communication and Persuasion skills to engage stakeholders and promote the brand
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in sports program development or familiarity with the sports industry is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
