Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, mentoring and motivating a team of financial consultants, and conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs to develop effective solutions. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize sales efforts and develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in mentoring, team management, and leadership
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales trends, and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or relevant industries is preferred
