Valocity is a leading fintech platform transforming valuation, mortgage, lending, and property technology workflows for financial institutions. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and customer growth across the BFSI ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to work directly with decision-makers at banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions while helping clients modernize critical lending and valuation processes through innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within the fintech, lending, mortgage, banking, and financial services ecosystem.
  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, client meetings, and outbound business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, lenders, and enterprise clients.
  • Understand customer challenges and propose strategic technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute business development and market expansion strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships that accelerate business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal product, operations, and delivery teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, content initiatives, and lead generation programs.
  • Represent Valocity at conferences, seminars, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Valocity's products, solutions, and competitive positioning.
  • Support future team growth through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, B2B sales, account management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS, fintech, proptech, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
  • Strong exposure to BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, HFCs, lenders, and financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, lending workflows, mortgage processes, or financial services ecosystems.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and leadership functions.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while driving revenue growth and business expansion initiatives.
  • Experience in partnerships, alliances, channel development, or ecosystem building is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to valuation, lending, mortgage, or property technology domains is preferred.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
