We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base.
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Pitch services, create proposals, and negotiate terms to close business deals.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of profiles.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Manage client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and networking events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BD/Client Acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, etc.).
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
