We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base.
  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch services, create proposals, and negotiate terms to close business deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of profiles.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and networking events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BD/Client Acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, etc.).
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
