About the Role
This role involves driving sales by engaging with leads, conducting product presentations, and building strong client relationships.
The role focuses on implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets in a dynamic
startup environment. It also includes local marketing initiatives and identifying new opportunities to scale business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Conversion & Relationship Management
Follow up on qualified business leads and referrals generated by the inside sales team, managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to project closure.
● Commercial Construction Sales Strategy
Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth across commercial construction projects, ensuring a seamless customer journey and high client satisfaction.
● HNI & UHNI Client Engagement
Meet and engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), business owners, investors, developers, and corporate decision-makers to understand their construction requirements and present Brick&Bolt's end-to-end commercial construction solutions.
● Consultative Selling & Project Presentations
Conduct client meetings, site visits, project discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations to showcase Brick&Bolt's capabilities in commercial construction, design-build, and project management services.
● Revenue & Target Achievement
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on achieving sales targets, project acquisition goals, and business growth objectives.
● Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, office, industrial, and institutional sectors. Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to expand Brick&Bolt's presence in the region.
● Market Intelligence & Networking
Stay updated on commercial real estate and construction market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Represent Brick&Bolt at industry events, networking forums, and local business engagements to strengthen brand visibility and generate new leads.
Required skills and Expertise:
● Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a high-paced, high-pressure startup or sales environment
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
● Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business growth
● Team Player: Collaborative, focused on team cohesion, and able to motivate and work well with others
● Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive sales and ensure
client satisfaction
● Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
