About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager

to lead client relationship management and customer support operations within the Forex

and financial services domain.

This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of business development expertise, team

management capability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will come from a

fintech, digital payments, or regulated financial services background and will have a proven

track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and managing

high-performing teams.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding business opportunities, strengthening global client

relationships, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, develop, and execute strategic growth opportunities in the Forex and

financial services market.

Drive client acquisition across individuals, corporates, financial institutions, and HNI

segments.

Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and enterprise-level presentations.

Achieve revenue, retention, cross-selling, and upselling targets.

Explore new markets, partnerships, and expansion channels.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients. Understand client needs and deliver tailored financial and trading solutions.

Act as a senior escalation point for high-value and critical accounts.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and manage Relationship Managers and Customer Support teams.

Mentor Team Leaders and ensure achievement of performance KPIs.

Drive productivity, accountability, and service excellence.

Implement structured performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure seamless support delivery across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

Maintain SLA compliance and optimize response and resolution times.

Strengthen service frameworks to improve CSAT, NPS, and retention metrics.

Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Reporting, Compliance & Governance

Monitor business development performance, client metrics, and market trends.

Use data insights to optimize strategy and operational performance.

Ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams

Requirements

1015 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship

Management, or Customer Support Leadership within Fintech / Financial Services.

Experience working in organizations such as Amazon Pay, Razorpay, PhonePe,

Paytm, PayPal, Stripe, or similar fintech/payment ecosystems preferred.

Proven track record of revenue growth and client portfolio expansion.

Strong experience managing teams and improving performance metrics.

Exposure to Forex, stock markets, trading platforms, or payment systems is

preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
