Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated National Business Development Manager to join our Global Industries team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales and revenue growth from existing customer accounts within your assigned vertical. You will join a dynamic team focused on expanding the Iron Mountain footprint through strategic prospecting, networking, and the execution of high-impact account plans.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans by analyzing client business models and value propositions to deliver tailored solutions that meet revenue growth and quota targets.
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors, Global Account Managers, and the broader matrix organization to position Iron Mountain's total solution offerings and lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking within Salesforce.com.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in selling services, with a preference for experience within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic account management, solution selling, and vertical market business challenges.
  • Proven ability in high-level negotiation, influencing CXO-level stakeholders, and translating customer needs into powerful value propositions.
  • Post-graduate degree (Masters) in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
