Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies for client acquisition and retention. Responsibilities also include market analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver custom technology solutions that align with client needs. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to drive company growth and meet revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with skills in client relationship management, market analysis, and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to create and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage and persuade diverse client audiences
• Experience in IT services, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud, or related industries is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reporting
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
