Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager - Franchise Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new franchise opportunities, building relationships with prospective franchise partners, and driving end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities will also include conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new franchisees. The candidate will represent MannuBhai at events to promote franchise opportunities and maintain consistent coordination with various internal teams to manage and meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, with expertise in identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Strategic Planning and Market Research skills to develop growth strategies
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills to liaise with potential franchisees and stakeholders
- Experience in Franchise Management or related sales roles is highly desirable
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools to track progress
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the service industry or with start-ups is a plus
