Job Description

Job Title: Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Brief:

As a Franchise Channel Sales Manager (B2B), you will play a critical role in expanding the Scale100X ecosystem by acquiring and onboarding franchise and channel partners across India. You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead engagement and pitching to closure and onboarding—ensuring a smooth transition from sale to activation.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-ownership, target-driven environments and are excited about building scalable partner networks.

Who is a Channel/Franchise Partner

A Channel or Franchise Partner is an individual or business entity that acquires rights to represent, market & resell Expertrons partner companies products & services within an assigned territory.

What does the Onboarding Team do

The onboarding team is responsible for partner acquisition and activation. This includes handling inbound leads, pitching the business model, managing negotiations, closing partnerships, and ensuring partners are successfully onboarded and activated.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard franchise and channel partners

Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets

Pitch the franchise model, negotiate and close B2B deals

Manage end-to-end onboarding from first connect to activation

Ensure clear partner communication and smooth internal handover

Track sales performance and pipelines using CRM tools

Preferred Skill Sets:

Prior experience in franchise sales, real estate sales or B2B partnerships/ Sales

Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-management skills

Strategic mindset with execution focus

Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Prerequisites:

Salary Upto 8 LPA + Incentives (negotiable based on Interview performance & Last drawn CTC)

Full-time, in-office role (Andheri, Mumbai)

Immediate joiners preferred.

Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off)

Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
