Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients, and understanding market trends to promote the company's moulding compounds. Key responsibilities include crafting business strategies, preparing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. The role requires travel within the assigned region to engage with clients and build a strong market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales
  • Strong understanding of market trends, client relationship management, and strategy development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market insights and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Experience in the manufacturing, chemical, or plastics industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
