Senior Sales Executive / Business Development

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays working from home

Are you passionate about media sales and building powerful client relationships

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional who can drive new business opportunities, grow client partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced media and advertising environment.

What you'll do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Pitch integrated advertising, media, and marketing solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for effective execution.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and handle commercial negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Mandatory media sales experience.
  • Experience in advertising, media, digital, or marketing agencies preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
