Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

The role involves lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
  • Identify prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Property Presentation & Site Visits

  • Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

Negotiation & Closure

  • Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Reporting

  • Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Real estate certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Experience in plot, villa, residential, or property sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
