Job Title: Business Development Manager (UK & Europe Staffing)
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth across the UK and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying staffing and recruitment opportunities within the IT and non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK and Europe markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill positions.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in UK/Europe Staffing or Recruitment Services.
Strong understanding of the UK and European recruitment markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in client acquisition and account management.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and recruitment/staffing processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
Existing network of UK and Europe clients.
Strong lead generation and market research capabilities.
