Enser Communications Limited is a leading Public Limited company specializing in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital solutions. We are expanding our Navi Mumbai team and are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager who can drive growth across our core service verticals.

If you are a hunter with a background in Business development and a deep understanding of BPO or specialized tech industries, we want you on board immediately.

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Your Responsibilities

Vertical-Specific Growth: Leverage your expertise in BPO, AV, Digital Marketing, or Cybersecurity to pitch tailored outsourcing and tech solutions.

Client Acquisition: Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and cold calling to high-level presentations and contract closure.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves within the Gurgaon/NCR business ecosystem.

Revenue Management: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience inBusiness Development.

Sector Knowledge: Must be well-versed with at least one of our key verticals: BPO, Audio-Visual systems, Digital Marketing, or Cybersecurity.

Communication: Stellar command over English (written and verbal) with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.

Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with the hustle required in a high-growth environment.

Mobility: Must be comfortable with extensive local travel within the Maharashtra region.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
