About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with agency experience who can drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch decks.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive closures.
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition, pitching, and closing deals.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services is preferred.
