About the Client
We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Agency founded in January 2024.
Within just a year and a half, the company has partnered with leading brands and platforms including YouTube, Meta, Dream11, Reliance Industries, Hero MotoCorp, and Disney+ Hotstar, helping brands collaborate with creators and build impactful influencer-led campaigns.
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales person who can drive growth by acquiring new brand partnerships and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a passion for media and marketing, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new brands and clients for influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and integrated media solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, and decision-makers
Develop and pitch creative campaign ideas and media solutions aligned with client objectives
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing for potential clients
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with the strategy, creative, and campaign teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Track pipeline, revenue targets, and sales performance
Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing landscape, and digital media opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital, media, or influencer marketing agency
Strong network within brand marketing teams, agencies, or startups
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into marketing solutions
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Skills
Experience selling influencer marketing campaigns, branded content, or digital media solutions
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystem
