Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, dealer network expansion, and project-based sales. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship management skills, and experience in building materials or project sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and expand business opportunities across assigned markets
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Manage and grow dealer and channel partner networks
  • Handle project sales from lead generation to closure
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
