Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions for customers. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, analyzing market trends, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining a thorough understanding of Elite Elevators premium products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales experience, with strong negotiation and client acquisition skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis abilities to assess opportunities and align business goals
  • Presentation and Public Speaking competence to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Proficient in CRM tools and business productivity software
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a premium product/B2C is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
