Manager – Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales within the assigned industry vertical
  • Sell EBV and Audit & Assurance services to large enterprises
  • Build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and client onboarding
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–15 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales
  • Strong experience selling B2B services or solutions within the assigned industry vertical
  • Strong industry connects and enterprise relationships
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and account growth
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across business functions
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Prior experience in consulting, compliance, audit, HR solutions, SaaS, outsourcing, or enterprise services sales preferred

Preferred Background by Role

BFSI – Mumbai

Experience selling B2B services or solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, or financial institutions.

FMCG & Retail – Mumbai

Experience selling B2B services or solutions to FMCG companies, retail chains, consumer brands, or distribution-led organizations.
